How far do your buses go?
Some of our Service Providers are licensed to go anywhere in North America, but typically we operate in Eastern Ontario & Western Quebec.
What type of deposit is required?
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a trip, with the balance due 10 days before departure. Trips booked within 10 days of departure require full payment at time of booking.
What is the Cancellation policy?
Payment is refundable up to 2 business days (48 hours) prior to departure date, or there will be a cancellation fee of 5% of the total trip cost. At our discretion, we can waive the cancellation fees on rebooking, as long as the trip is taken at a later date (within one month).
How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Email Transfer and Cheque. Cheques must be received 10 days prior to trip date.
Is there a discount for renting more than one bus?
Typically, when booking 5 or more buses on one date, you will receive a quantity discount. Discounts are always dependent on availability and time of year.
What if my trip runs longer than expected?
The cost of your trip is based on the itinerary that was given to us by the group organizer. If there are additional hours added to the trip, you will be responsible for covering those costs. Last minute changes can be accommodated through credit card payments.
How do you handle change of plans?
Generally, we can accommodate just about any changes to your trip if given notice. Last minute changes can be accommodated through credit card payments.
